AGV

AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), the automatic guide vehicle, is a transportation device that can be automatically driven along a preset path. It is one of the key equipment in the modern logistics system and industrial automation production. Its working principle is to sense the preset path information through the guidance system, and the drive system drives the vehicle along the path according to the instructions of the control system. The safety system is used to ensure the safety of the vehicle in the operation process, and the carrying platform is used to carry the goods. During the operation of AGV, its body posture may change due to many factors (such as uneven ground surface, acceleration or steering inertia, etc.). The accelerometer and gyroscope in the IMU enable real-time measurements of the acceleration and angular velocity of the AGV in three axial directions (usually x, y, z axis). For example, when the AGV is turning, the gyroscope can detect the angular rate change of the car body, and the accelerometer can sense the linear acceleration change due to factors such as centrifugal force. Through the analysis and processing of these measurements, the control system can accurately understand the posture of AGV. Using this information, the control system can take corresponding measures to maintain the posture of AGV. IMU can maintain the position estimation accuracy of AGV in a short time, and after the GNSS signal is recovered, the data of both are integrated by the fusion algorithm to obtain more accuracyThe location of the letter
