The LMG07 MEMS gyroscope is a single-axis capacitive fully integrated micromachined gyroscope, composed of an all-silicon process MEMS sensing structure and a low-power signal processing ASIC.  

 

The LMG07 MEMS gyroscope adopts an LCC20 ceramic package with 20 pins, operates on a single 5V power supply, and features a typical power consumption of less than 18mA. Its digital output employs SPI mode.

Measurement range: ±500°/s to ±4000°/s (configurable) 

Package: LCC20 ceramic package (8.9mm × 8.9mm × 2.7mm) 

Power supply: 5V ±0.25V 

Calibration: Individual calibration (zero bias, scale factor) 

Output interface: SPI digital signal 

Integrated sensor: Built-in temperature sensor 

Key features: Compact size, lightweight, and high reliability 

Compliance: RoHS-compliant, suitable for lead-free soldering and SMD mounting
