On September 11, 2024, Wuxi LINS Technology completed its industrial and commercial changes, marking the official completion of the merger and reorganization of LINS Technology and Ronggan Technology under Beidou Xingtong. Ronggan Technology is a subsidiary of Beidou Xingtong (stock code 002151) that focuses on the research and development of integrated navigation. It has launched multiple integrated navigation products for intelligent driving, robotics, drones, satellite communication and other fields, and has achieved mass application, receiving praise from users in related industries.
