The LINS - Accelerometer series is a uniaxial capacitance MEMS accelerometer composed of all-silicon MEMS sensitive structure and low power signal processing ASIC.
LINS - Accelerometer series is a digital output MEMS accelerometer based on MEMS processing technology, high-performance ASIC and MEMS sensitive components, single power supply (5V), typical low power consumption (11 mA). The output is SPI protocol digital signal or full difference analog signal (common mode voltage 2.5V), and the analog output full range output voltage is between 0.5V and 4.5V.
The sensor uses the LCC20 ceramic tube shell packaging. Noise, dynamic range, nonlinearity, repeatability, temperature drift, impact resistance, with SPI digital interface, support in-chip temperature compensation. It is mainly used in inertia, tilt, earthquake and vibration.
